Catholic Recruiter Associates grew out of the lineage of an executive search firm, P.J. Lynch Associates, founded nearly thirty-seven years ago.
Seeing a need for highly qualified lay people to fill the positions previously held by religious was the inspiration for establishing a Catholic dedicated component of our company. We are the leading Catholic Executive Search Firm in diocese and other related organizations.
When we developed this division, fifteen years ago, we quickly came to understand that working for our Church clients demanded a different, more mission-driven filter when looking at our candidate screening.
Our track record speaks for itself. Over 37 years we have completed over 99% of the searches we undertake and our candidates stay in their positions 3+ years in almost all placements.
