James joined Catholic Recruiter Associates in January of 2024. He is a dynamic talent acquisition specialist and master's level human resources professional with a demonstrated success in full life-cycle high-volume recruiting and business development.

James strives to enhance Catholic organizational leadership using his extensive background as an HR professional combined with his experience in pastoral administration and ministry, and his strong commitment to his Catholic faith. James grew up in the south suburbs of Chicago where he attended Catholic grammar school and graduated from Marist High School. He received his BA from Saint Xavier University in Chicago and his MS from the University of St. Francis in Joliet.

James is also an experienced sacred music professional and pastoral minister for solo organ performance, choral conducting, and sacred music consulting and formation with 18+ years' experience in these disciplines at the parish, Cathedral, and Diocesan levels. He was formerly Master of Ceremonies to Bishop Joseph Siegel and Bishop Alberto Rojas.
