Catholic Recruiter Associates grew out of the lineage of an executive search firm, P.J. Lynch Associates, founded nearly thirty years ago.

Seeing a need for highly qualified lay people to fill the positions previously held by religious was the inspiration for establishing a Catholic dedicated component of our company. When we developed this division, thirteen years ago, we quickly came to understand that working for our Church clients demanded a different filter when looking at our candidate base. In addition to sourcing exceptional financial, fundraising, executive and other leaders our candidates needed to have the right demeanor and motivation in their desire to work for our Church. This acquired skill in recruiting has enabled us to successfully bring highly talented Catholic individuals to the business roles of running the Church.

We are retained by them to find a particular individual with precise skill sets and appropriate demeanor for their organization. We do not secure employment for people but believe people who are candidates for the positions we fill should be treated with respect and dignity. Our goal is to make the experience for all people we serve work in the spirit of the Second Great Commandment.
