Brent Morton’s experience leading and recruiting for not-for-profit organizations affords him the unique ability to assess a candidate’s potential as it relates to diocese, parish and community.

Brent Morton leads our Research and Recruiting team, a team of highly skilled recruiters who specialize in identifying Catholic professionals with the right experience and desire to serve in these crucial roles. Before joining CRA, Brent spent 20 years as a Director, Recruiter and Training Specialist at non-profits in California and New York. Recognized as a leader, motivator and “Catholic detective”, Mr. Morton possesses a keen insight in discerning the qualities necessary for executive success in the not-for-profit sector. With a strong Catholic background and a focus on interpersonal communication skills, Brent provides the firm with firsthand not-for-profit experience allowing him to relate to candidates from diverse backgrounds in an extremely effective way. Joining the firm in 2019 Brent, has led teams that have produced a vast array of successful executives at Catholic institutions and non-profits throughout the United States.

After attending Archbishop Stepinac in White Plains, Mr. Morton received a B.A in Mass Communications from SUNY Plattsburgh.
