I started working with Catholic Recruiters Associates before I began my work at the Diocese of Springfield. CRA recruited me to come and work for the diocese. I had a very positive experience working with them as a candidate for my current role. Shortly after I arrived at the diocese, I learned we were searching for a Director of Development. Based on my experience and the diocese’s experience while I was being recruited, we decided to enlist CRA to help us with the Director of Development search. It was interesting to be on the other side of the process. Again we had a very positive experience with their team. In my time here at the diocese, we have used CRA to conduct four searches (including the Director of Development) and have worked with a variety of different CRA team members.
