Brent has been most helpful to me and to our agency. Brent was a “blessing” for our successful completion of the process. He was ready with an encouraging word of wisdom for action when I needed it. He was most reliable and available for my every request and was prompt, thorough, and most helpful in responding to my questions and concerns.
I am truly grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Catholic Recruiter Associates. Having the opportunity to meet and engage was timely and most helpful to me. God bless you and your staff (especially Brent).
I wanted to find a school where there was good work to be done …and I love it. I really believe God helped me find the right path through you, Marie (Keith)!
I started working with Catholic Recruiters Associates before I began my work at the Diocese of Springfield. CRA recruited me to come and work for the diocese. I had a very positive experience working with them as a candidate for my current role. Shortly after I arrived at the diocese, I learned we were searching for a Director of Development. Based on my experience and the diocese’s experience while I was being recruited, we decided to enlist CRA to help us with the Director of Development search. It was interesting to be on the other side of the process. Again we had a very positive experience with their team. In my time here at the diocese, we have used CRA to conduct four searches (including the Director of Development) and have worked with a variety of different CRA team members. Every experience has been very positive and yielded exceptional Catholic candidates. I highly recommend working with Catholic Recruiters Associates to assist you in recruiting for critical roles in your organization. It can be hard enough today to find qualified candidates, but it is becoming increasingly difficult to find highly qualified candidates who are Catholic. CRA has a knack for doing both exceptionally well.
We were hesitant to seek a recruiting agency to assist us in our search for a principal, but as a diocese we have had great success with Catholic Recruiter Associates at the diocesan level. Pat Lynch and Marie Keith did an amazing job locating a pool of candidates. This was a challenging placement in what is considered our inner-city school, and they helped us find the perfect candidate. I am grateful and so appreciative of their expertise in assisting us in this search. We could not have found this individual on our own. Looking forward to working with their team again in the future.
We brought Pat, Brent, John, and the CRA team a very specific search request that other search firms had told us was too niche. The CRA team was undaunted and launched into a vast recruitment effort to find a founding executive for a new shrine. Every time I turned around, someone I knew was telling me they had spoken to CRA, either for recommendations or to directly recruit top leaders to consider applying. Their network in our community (Seattle) was vast. Communication was timely and purposeful, we felt enormous confidence in their ability to cultivate our top candidates, and they submitted a stellar panel of finalists, from which we hired our current ED. I would recommend CRA to any Catholic institution looking for a mission-centered team to find top lay talent. An exceptional team that found us a visionary leader.
At the Diocese of St. Augustine, we have utilized Pat Lynch and his firm of Catholic Recruiters to help us fill four key leadership positions; the Superintendent of Schools, the Chief Financial Officer, Director of Stewardship and Development and the Director of Human Resources. Pat and his team are extremely knowledgeable of the Catholic faith as well as what it takes to be successful in each role at the Diocesan level. The Catholic Recruiters team has a wide range of contacts and recruiting methods to reach excellent candidate’s within the Catholic community. With just one visit to our site, Pat was able to assess the environment which enabled him to recommend just the right people for our opportunities. Our leadership team has been strengthened beyond measure because of his abilities to put the right candidates in front of us. Pat is professional, congenial and quick to find numerous viable candidates. Thank you Pat, Arlene and Paul for your amazing services.
Catholic Recruiter Associates facilitated Communicators for Women Religious (CWR) through a first-time executive recruitment process. The search process was clearly explained, moved smoothly and communication was frequent and personal. Their search was ultimately successful in finding a highly qualified individual for our Executive Director position. CWR is most pleased with Catholic Recruiter Associates’ personal attention and astute understanding of our organization’s needs.
It is my pleasure to provide this testimonial for Pat Lynch and his firm, Catholic Recruiter Associates. Initially, we were unsuccessful in developing a suitable candidate on our own for a critical vacancy at the Diocese of Providence. We then turned to Pat and his organization for assistance based on his experience working with Catholic Church-based employers. From the beginning, Pat demonstrated an understanding for our position requirements, working environment and organizational culture. Furthermore, he presented for our review several viable applicants well ahead of his original time table. Pat also provided us with valuable support during the screening and vetting process for our leading candidates. I recommend Pat’s firm without hesitation.
Thank you Paul, for all the work you have done on your end to make this advancement opportunity happen for me. It is greatly appreciated. As I watch another colleague of mine go through a similar process without the benefit of outside counsel, I am acutely aware of how difficult, messy and uncomfortable this process can be without someone like you guiding the way. I can see why Catholic organizations choose Catholic Recruiter Associates as their executive search firm.
I found Catholic Recruiter Associates to be consummate professionals every step of the way during the executive search process. The level of communication and advice provided was outstanding. I had a great experience with each member of the firm; Dr. Arlene McSweeney, who leads Catholic Recruiter Associates’ educational practice clearly outlined the educational criteria for the diocese. Paul Rohrmann was my primary contact, and he always made time for my emails and phone calls. As a candidate and hopefully, future customer I give this firm my highest recommendation and believe their level of personalization and care makes them an incredible fit for schools looking for mission-driven expertise.
